MDOT's Office of Active Transportation and Micromobility (OATM) focuses on innovative planning, policy, and programming to support people walking, biking, and rolling across Maryland. Housed within the MDOT Secretary's Office, OATM's work is guided by MDOT's 2050 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan and supports the implementation of MDOT's Complete Streets Policy across the modes.
